Over the past year, Ella’s Enchanted Events has teamed up with Zoe’s Ice Cream Barn to host different-themed princess breakfasts at Zoe’s. Everyone from the very popular Ice Queen & Snow Princess to Belle (plus many more) have made an enchanting appearance at Zoe’s.

Holidays are in full swing and Zoe’s is the source for many local products. Teachers, bus drivers, co-workers, Secret Santa’s, stocking stuffers and the like- we have you covered!

The Zoe’s team was introduced to the very cows that produce the dairy products to make our ice cream and learned about what it entails to be a farmer with Hudson Valley Fresh.

Who is Zoe? The girl behind the self-named store, Zoe’s Ice Cream Barn? Well, let me introduce myself! My name is actually Katie, nicknamed Zoe (that’s a blog post for another time). Youngest of five, I was born and raised right here in the Hudson Valley.
